Administration Office 教務組:

1. Sunday schedule 本週日活動行程如下:

• 1:30pm - parents please take your child to classroom on time. Teachers will distribute report cards, award certificates and medals, summer homework, and yearbook (1 per family) 請家長直接帶孩子們到教室, 老師將發學生成績單，獎狀，獎牌，暑假作業及年刊
• 1:50pm – Teachers will take classes to Amphitheater. Awards will be presented to Speech Contest winners, Poetry Recitation Contest winners, and students who have studied Chinese for 6, 9, and 12 years. 在露天劇場頒發演講比賽，詩詞朗誦比賽，就讀中文6，9，12年的獎牌
• 2:30pm – Graduation Ceremony 畢業典禮, 有畢業生感言及學生表演
• 5:30pm – Teacher Appreciation Party at China Max Restaurant 謝師宴在富臨餐廳

2. Our Registration Team will be at the Office this Sunday (between 1:30 to 4:00) to provide service to parents. Please take this last opportunity to pre-register on site. Current families will need to register and make payment by 5/31 to have the $50 registration fee waived (no exception). 本星期日(1:30到4:00之間) 註冊組會在辦公室協助網上註冊及收款。5/19是我們學校的最後一天預註冊, 敬請把握機會。您必需要在5/31以前完成註冊和付清學費，才能得到免註冊費$50的折扣。

1. We are selling Teacher’s Appreciation Dinner tickets right now. Ticket price is $30/adult & $20/student per ticket. This is a great chance to dine with your teachers and show your appreciation for their hard work this year. The party will take place at China Max Restaurant from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on 5/19 (after the Graduation Ceremony). To purchase tickets, please come to the Office. Parents of TA/parents of graduate students/spouse of staffs can get a discount of $5 off sale price. Kids under 4 years old is FREE!. Please join us for a FUN night! 2. Besides the delicious dinner for our teachers, the PTA and the Board of Directors want to thank all parents who donated gifts for the raffles at the party. If you like to donate any items, you may drop them off at the Office with our Office Volunteer on 5/19. Or you can contact PTA at sdcapta@gmail.com to arrange a pick up. Scrip Sales 禮券組

1. The scrip team will be having their Scrip Sale Day in the office this Sunday (5/19). 禮卷組本星期日(5/19)在學校辦公室販售禮卷。

2. This Sunday is the last of day for volunteering refund (between 1:30 to 2:30). If you decide not to pick up the refund, the fund will go back to school as donation. Thank you for your assistance and support! 本星期日也是最後一天服務退費的機會（1:30 到 2:30之間）。如果您決定不拿退費，該基金將歸回學校的教務基金用途。感謝您的幫忙和支持 。

Activity 活動組

1. 5/19 will be our school’s Graduation Ceremony. We need 5-10 volunteers to help out with the set-ups and clean-ups of Graduation Ceremony. Volunteers need to arrive before 12:30pm. 2. Two shifts are needed for the Graduation Ceremony: 畢業典禮的佈置與善後將分成兩班：

• First Shift (12:30 PM-2:00 PM, 3-6 volunteers needed) - The duties: set-up the tables, decorate the stage, put up the seating signs, set up the greeting table for VIP check-ins, set up the sounding system for the ceremony, supervise students’ seating. 第一班(中午12:30到2:00, 需要3到6位義工) - 主要的職責是：擺設桌子，佈置舞台，放置座位標誌，放置貴賓簽到桌，以及幫助組裝舞台音響, 督促學生入座。
• Second Shift (4:30 PM-5:30 PM, depends on the time ceremony ends, 2-4 volunteers needed) - The duties: clean-up the area, put away the decorations, put away the tables, signs and sounding systems. 第二班 (4:30 到5:30, 具體時間取決於典禮結束時間，需要2到4位義工) - 職責包括：整理清潔舞台區域，歸置舞台佈置用品，收好桌子，座位標誌，以及舞台音響。
