We have 59 students signed up for the Poetry Recitation Contest so far. You are all winners already! Be sure to practice, practice, and practice. Remember, only the participants who complete the recitation on stage will receive the medal (or trophy if you are ranked in your group). If you haven’t, this Sunday is the last day to sign up. Chinese New Year Festival & 25th Anniversary 中國新年節暨25週年慶準備事項:

1. Please remember to turn in your Bento Box Order Form to your Room parent before 02/03. You need to complete and submit the form in order to get one free bento box per student. We need to tally every family’s order before we can contact vendors. Pre-order extra bento box by 2/3 is $10/per box. At door price will be $15/per box. One order form per family, please. 2. Festival tickets (food/drink/game/goods) will be $1/each and on sale this Sunday at the Office. 園遊會票券（食物/飲料/遊戲/商品）每張 $1, 本星期日在辦公室銷售。

3. Per some parents’ suggestion, PTA has added food booths from vendors to provide traditional Chinese food for our Festival. So far, we will have food booths for “sticky rice, green bean cakes, mochi, Chinese fried noodles...... “. Parents, it is time to buy more tickets for the Festival. 為因應家長的要求，PTA 聯繫校外廠商來提供中國傳統美食的攤位。目前我們確定將會有油飯，綠豆椪，麻糬，中式炒麵...... 。家長們，現在是該購買更多的園遊會票的時候了。

4. We need volunteers to make paper lantern for the festival stage decoration. Please join us at the office this Sunday. We will have coffee & desserts for your participation. 這星期日我們急需義工幫忙製做舞台用的紙燈籠。請家長們有時間到辦公室來幫忙。家長會有準備咖啡和點心招待!

5.If you want to donate items toward the raffle, please bring your donation to the Office Volunteers. We would like to know whom should we appreciate. Thank you! 如果你想捐贈物品給園遊會的抽獎活動，請把你的捐贈品交給辦公室的值勤義工。我們需要知道要感謝那一位捐贈人。謝謝！

Publications 出版組

Please visit the office on 02/03/2013 to view the Yearbook Cover Art Contest artworks. Our students had turned in excellent art works and we want you to be the judge. Thank you! 請在2月3日到辦公室來欣賞今年年刊封面比賽的參賽作品。今年我們的學生交出了許多優秀的藝術作品，我們歡迎你來當裁判, 給我們你的意見。謝謝。

Scrip Sales 禮券組

1. The scrip team will have their monthly scrip sale in the office from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm this Sunday (02/03/2013). 禮卷組將在這個星期日下午1:30到4:00 在學校辦公室售禮卷。

2. Service Fee refund ($60) will be available this Sunday. Please remember to pick up your refund if you had fulfilled your duty of this year. 家長服務退費(60元) 將於本週日發放退費。如果您已經完成您今年的義工工作， 請記得來辦公室領取你的退費。
